From this entry point, we revealed how the IT department co-developed an advanced tool with the R&I team—one capable of analyzing individual skin profiles to deliver personalized skincare recommendations at scale.
To make the process tangible, we combined live-action footage with stylized animation, clearly illustrating how customer data flows through various systems to enable real-time, tailored product suggestions.
The final piece helped demystify the technology and reposition the IT team as a critical contributor to the company’s innovation pipeline.
